Founded in 2020, Yukon 3D Solutions Inc. was established to expand access to reliable and responsive additive manufacturing services in the Yukon. Based in Whitehorse, with a location in Calgary, we now serve clients in both regions, supporting innovators, entrepreneurs, and industrial teams with practical manufacturing solutions.
With a strong background in mechanical engineering and hands-on experience in aerospace and manufacturing, we focus on delivering functional, production-ready parts. From single prototypes to fixtures and tooling for production environments, our goal is to make additive manufacturing straightforward, predictable, and effective.
Lukas received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in 2025. He founded Yukon 3D Solutions Inc. in 2020 to expand access to production-focused additive manufacturing in Canada's north.
He has over six years of technical experience spanning additive manufacturing, CNC machining, and complex mechanical design. Lukas has led multiple high-power rocketry and propulsion development projects and has worked in the space launch industry.
His experience informs a practical, manufacturing-first approach focused on performance, reliability, and real-world considerations.
